CAN ANYONE POP-IN TO THE CAFE without membership?
Short answer: Yes!
Café Area (Open to All)
This is the front zone — open seating, normal café tables, comfy corners.
Anyone can walk in off the street, order coffee, grab a pastry, sit down, and work or read without paying for a membership or day pass.
This area feels like a high-end neighborhood café — good vibe, curated atmosphere, art, books.
Non-members blend naturally with members.
Members-Only Workspace
Behind or alongside the café seating is a separate designated workspace — often called “The Cave” at O3.
This is the co-work zone:
Quieter, more power outlets, stronger Wi-Fi, better seating.
Often has semi-private booths, study pods, or reservable desks.
Sometimes 24/7 accessible by keycard or app for paying members only.
Non-members can’t just walk into this area — they’d need to purchase a day pass or hold a membership.
How It Works Together
Café area: Wide open door. Anyone can drop in, buy coffee, sit down.
Members area: Exclusive vibe. Extra perks. Stronger Wi-Fi. A feeling of “belonging” for people who pay.
Members also get free drinks/food credits — so their coffee is “free” each week.
The separation is physical but subtle — it’s not intimidating, just slightly gated to make the paid layer feel worth it.
The Key Takeaway for The Front Room
This dual-zone model is smart because:
Walk-ins become your biggest marketing funnel. They feel welcome without needing a commitment.
Membership feels worth it. “If you’re going to be here 3–4 days a week, why not get the workspace perks, stronger Wi-Fi, free coffee credits, 24/7 access?”
It fits perfectly with Frontier’s mission: open, invitational, and easy for a curious neighbor to step into deeper community.
